Q&A
Why did the watch rejected to pair?
A: Maybe the step counter watch had connected with your phone’s Bluetooth directly before pairing it by the App. So the Bluetooth connecting of the steps tracker has been occupied, then it will reject to pair by App.
How to solve the problem above?
A: Please turn on the Bluetooth in your phone , find the V101 in the listing of Available device, disconnect it until it disappear. Then you can follow the instruction to open the app and pair the fitness tracker again.
Why the step counting is not accurate?
A: To achieve more accurate detecting of steps, calories burnt and heart rate, please provide your correct personal information such as height, weight and skin color etc. So the sensor and software can be calibrated for you personally to achieve more accurate counting.
Keep disconnecting with Bluetooth?
A: Please keep the WoFit running on your phone and make sure the distance between the fitness watch and your phone is within working range (about 33 feet).
Why the track can NOT be charged?
A: If the output of USB outlet is not stable, the activity & fitness trackers will be not charged. We suggest to charge the fitness tracker by the USB port on PC or laptop. And please check if the USB charger was plugged in the right direction. The charging icon will show up in 5-10 seconds on the screen if the charging is working. The full charging time is about 1.5-2 hours and working time is about 7-21 days basing on usage.
